He is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University, he also works as a lecturer at the Judicial Academy. He publishes in domestic and foreign periodicals. He focuses mainly on the basics of criminal liability, crimes against public order, conceptual issues of criminal procedural law, international judicial cooperation in criminal matters, ICT law and the interaction of criminal and constitutional law.
