- Review of final and effective decisions of Public Prosecutors of lower Public Prosecutor’s Offices on discontinuation of criminal prosecution or transfer of criminal case
- Agenda of reviewing closed cases
- Resolution of jurisdiction disputes between individual Public Prosecutor’s Offices in the exercise of criminal jurisdiction
- Supervision over High Public Prosecutor’s Offices in criminal matters and handling complaints regarding their performance
- Ensuring direct contact between the Prosecutor General’s Office and complainants and drafting submissions received by the Prosecutor General’s Office
