1988–1992 – Grammar school in Roudnice nad Labem

1998 – graduated from Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague

– The Prof. JUDr. Karel Engliš Prize awarded by the Rector of Charles University in Prague for the best students of social sciences

2002 – completion of doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, field of public law

Professional Career

1998 – started legal trainee practice at the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Litoměřice

2001 – appointed as public prosecutor at the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Litoměřice

2003 – appointed as public prosecutor at Regional Public Prosecutr’s Office in Ústí nad Labem

2003 – appointed as Deputy to Regional Public Prosecutor in Ústí nad Labem

2006–2007 – internship at the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic

30/7/2012 – appointed as High Prosecutor in Praha

8/1/2025 – appointed as Prosecutor General effective from 1/4/2025

President of the Union of Prosecutors of the Czech Republic from March 2008 to March 2014, when she was appointed Honorary President of the Union of Prosecutors

She specializes in legislation, white-collar crime, criminal procedure law, education in the prosecution system
