Prosecutor General, High Public Prosecutors, Regional Public Prosecutors and the Metropolitan Public Prosecutor in Prague, being aware of the high demands placed on the professional and ethical attributes of public prosecutors, and in otder to establish a uniform framework for the assessment of ethical dimension of work and conduct of public prosecutors, have issued on 16. 4. 2019 with effect as of 1.5.2019, as a joint provision, the Code of Ethics of Public Prosecutors. This Code of Ethics is binding for all public prosecutors.
